In the autumn of 1988, master family cook Barnaby HG lit his very first fire in a modest brick kiln in our old city tavern. Our goal was simple: to preserve culinary techniques that automation was quickly replacing.

Every single item in our kitchen today is still seasoned by hand, kneaded without industrial machinery, and roasted slowly over aromatic seasoned logs of oak wood. Food is not just simple nutrition; it's the beautiful gathering of souls sharing a generational art.
